BAY CITY — U.S. District Court Judge Thomas L. Ludington will hear a motion from Ogemaw County attorneys filed on behalf of the county, Sheriff Howie Hanft and former work crew Supervisor James Gustafson asking for summary judgement against several of the plaintiffs Aug. 25.

The hearing is scheduled for 3 p.m. at U.S. District Court in Bay City.
